Help, frame horns bent?

I have a 1969 type 1 frame. Can anybody tell me if my frame horns are bent. The horns are bent upward 1/2 inch at the end.

Op, are they both bent up the same amount? i would grab a tape measure and check distance from the firewall edge to the bolt hole in each horn, and report back.
