As Bernie said above, the body 473 ??? is October '53 and the chassis number that is on the VIN tag shown 0 539 ??? is also October '53.

[ The numbers are the last one for the month shown. ]

Thanks for the info

Does anyone know what front seats this should have in it? I want to start ordering repair panels for the pan and need to know if it should have seat runners or wing nuts

They are hard to find and generally very expensive if you can find them, I need a set as well. Wish someone would repro them!
