Hello all!
I am helping out with replacing a steering bearing on a 91 Cabby and we've reached a bit of an impasse.
When trying to re-install the column, we're having trouble getting the new bearing into the new race. Uninstalled, they go together fine, but once the bearing is into the sleeve, I can't get it to fit onto the column.
If I try and use some muscle, the steering column just collapses...
Most of the instructions I've read say to just like... do it... what am I missing?
