A little update on how the bus is coming along. Rear corner section all sorted out as well as all the rust work has now been completed. Time to start getting the body prepared and ready for paint

Love the work on this super rare bus . Can't say I have ever seen an early bay twin slider that hasn't had Windows put in .
I don't suppose you could help me out with showing a photo of the clutch pedal arrangement and how the cable is routed ? I am converting my bus from left to right hand drive and the clutch arrangement is bugging me .
Quite happy to send you a beer for your time 🙂
Thanks , Mike |

So my bus is now coming along quickly so we have started on getting some of the hardware together ready to bolt up once in paint. The CSP disc brake set up mounted to the 4.5" narrowed beam with transporterhaus drop spindles. Seat have been sent to the trimmer.

A quick update on how the bus is coming along. After many hours of panel beating/rust repairs etc the bus is now going through some final stages before if gets some paint.

Looking good! Wish you would have gone for some color, but it's also good to keep it original. 😊 I just got mine out of paint, we should be good to go for summer! Ride in style. _________________ Brutis Patches Izabich: 1970 VW Transporter - 1776cc DP

Sorry for the late reply. No that wasn't my one mate. Picked the bus up from the trimmer the other day and was quite happy with how it turned out. Also don't get too excited over my custom painted steering wheel lol
