Good work.

I was wondering what is going on there as well. Seems on my car I could use a little more length on the bump stop, as it is now my tires rub the fender wells on a good G-out.

Love the class 11 style though! Probably the coolest form of desert travel there is. But I may be biased. Wink

Are you going to notch your spring plates to get the additional 1" on the rear to level the car out?

Very nice work! I'd like to see more, as things go.

As time and money allow, I am also working on a class-11 style bug. I just need new bigger tires but I was taken back by something I was not aware could be an issue. Yes I am new but when you said you "had to trip the bump stop about 1/2" to prevent rubbing" I was taken a bit back. IS this needed only when there is rubbing? By this you mean tire to fender, etc? Sounds like something I need to also consider.

Man, I like that cage.
