The radio was packed well and was shipped with two day shipping, awesome!

Well I wish I had the same Experience that the rest of you have but I have now had two Frustrating experiences the first one was after I bought a part from CwC (6-8 months ago) the ad was taken down shortly after paying but after waiting seven days for the part to show up or an email with tracking info I email asking if the part had shipped out and if not when would it be shipped out.. two days later I got an email saying sorry sold that part yesterday (six days after I payed for it ) Ill send a refund..umm ok

Fast forward to yesterday/today being very hesitant to buy again I email asking about another part (thinking ok maybe the first time was an over site it happens) I get an email back saying "please log onto are web site and follow the buying process"( not a big fan of that ) but I did it anyway as I was interested in buying another part so I sign up and log in with no luck as I try and add my part to my cart the site logs me out and won't let me back into the site(keeps asking me to log in) to buy so I try logging in a few more times with no luck ..so Im thinking ok no big deal Ill give them a call but got no answer so I leave a voice mail and an send an email explaning my situation and have had no response ...I find this very unfortunate as there has been at least ten to fifteen things including a car I would have Purchase from CwC in the passed but the first bad experience leaving me hesitant and now this...well needless to say I'm done trying to (give)my money to CwC as there seems to be ongoing issues

I bought a sliding door catch and am satisfied over all. However, their web site does still have issues because I couldn't select an item and stay logged on both at the same time. Sounds like the same problem a prior user mentioned. However, they did follow up to me and I ordered over the phone for the win! Thanks.

I bought a rear deck lid for my '63 beetle, was MUCH better than advertised, other than some very minor mods made to it from a former owner to cover up the tag light mounting, this deck lid was as good as new! No rust, no damage, great shape!
I'll simply remove the mods made, and paint it along with my car, no big deal.
Fast delivery, very happy with the transaction, definitely buy from these guys again!

Just bought a rebuilt generator from them. I received it very quickly however they sent the wrong one. I called and they had the correct one shipped out the same day and I could mail back the other one when the shipping label arrived.
Great service to send out another generator right away and trust that I'll send the incorrect one back. Great to deal with and will buy again. Thanks!
