Is it possible to use original Okrasa intakes on the Wolfsburg west heads? Is the intakes for 36 and 40 hp Okrasa interchangable.

I've got a chance to purchase a pair of 40 hp Okrasa heads less manifolds. Will the 36 hp Okrasa manifolds fit the 40 hp Okrasa heads? I've searched but haven't seen an answer.

The original okrasa intake 36hp and 40hp are interchangable

No, they don't. The 356 port spacing and size is far too different from Okrasa, but remarkably, type 1 1600cc dual port heads have nearly identical spacing and size, but angles/bolt holes are different. There was some chatter about it a few years ago here (unfortunately some pix have been lost):
