............ simple one really, (I hope): I think they are supposed to be different but I don't know when then change took place. I know '62 guttering is the same width as '57 is the same as '54, so can anyone tell me if the width does very at all and when this change took place please?? Obviously there are other changes but I'm interested in the more fundamental ones that you'd be concerned about if grafting on a replacement roof.

Thanks,

Ben

^ttt

Can someone school us in Barndoor/Wolfsburg buses guttering, versus 1956-on guttering?
Wolfsburg buses had wider guttering, with more overhang?

A diagram showing pre56/post56 would be nice!

Very cool info. I was waiting to see the responses. In this case the lack there of. The wider gutter is through 61,however I have seen 59 buses with narrow gutters Also lower front nose "V" is wider on earlier buses. Seems like gutter width and lower nose changes happened from what I can see on buses and trucks occured in late September early October 1958 when big bumpers started, something happened in production, nothing was identical since that point. Fascinating topic for sure.
