My experience:
I paid for a part on the 19th and Les responded that he received the payment and would ship that week. On the 28th I hadn't seen the part and emailed asking for an update. I asked for another update, by email, on the 29th. Since I hadn't heard back to either of those emails, today I tried calling but no answer and voicemailbox full. Since my emails were not getting answered and I couldnt leave a message, I sent a message via paypal.
I finally got an email that he would be shipping "Tuesday", then followed up rather quickly with another email that he was going to give me a refund. When I asked why, Les said "I'd rather not be stressed over 40 bucks".

Update: Les and I exchanged a few more emails. He apologized for not communicating and for not sending the part out right away. I did get a refund, but would have rather had the part. I'd give Les another shot...
