Heh... I had yellow headlights in my old Toyota for a while and got pulled over.
The cop asked if they were legal. I said yes. He went with it.

(I have no idea if they were, they probably weren't.)

I picked up this light at the Flanders Vw show a few years back, $5, I liked the white stripe in the middle, never seen that before. It cost $27 to get it to work, my Bud made the bracket, now I just need to figure out how to wire it up...

two aligned far ahead
two facing each front corner
one for reading street signs
two VW accessory back up lights
One Lucas flex map reading light
8 volt tractor battery tweaked 6V. regulator
I had the glove box and the area below rear window covered in dash plaques from all the events we ran.
I was real careful how I parked to save the lights from others.

We did a lot of Rallies and autocrosses and hill climbs back then-- good times
