Slowlow: Better pics? I want a set of red portawalls, but I was unsure about them because of the red bus. Those look sick.

Anyone here got any recommendations on putting these rims on an early bus? I got a 62 Kombi that I want to put these on but from what I've heard and read you can't just bolt these to the fronts. My buddy has them on his 57 Standard but he used 2 1/4" spacers and still had to clearance the rims a bit to put them on. I'm not against using spacers but I would like to know what way would be best.

Do you have more pics of the rim. I'm not sure what you mean that they are different. Question
Did someone take some material off the center?

Here's a pic of one of mine.

Looks like the one i picked up the other week actually! Is your center cap hole 3"? I think that's what I measured it out to. I think the more common ones are approx 2.75".

I measured the hole and the hole is 2.76" for mine and 2.56" for the others did you check the back of the rim to see the difference?

Got it.. I just spent $66 duckets for the entire set of studs, nuts, and washers. Not cheap but there's the safety factor that you can't put a price on.
