The recent thread on the 64 walkthru sunroof Kombi in factory two-tone paint reminded me of a bus
that I know of that is seriously LOADED.
I went and visited the old guy who owns it and he let me photograph the M-plate, so how about a
thread on loaded or otherwise enviable M-plates.

i'll see if i can find the photo or at least the numbers from the 67 21 window dual slider in NJ. i remember there were 11 options.
10 m-codes
113-safari windscreens
119-gas heater
144-laminated glass
164-sliding door
386-?
024-red tail lights
041-?
047-2 backup lights
081-walkthru
091-emden radio
here is the sad state that it currently sits in. but that's another story.
here it is prior to "restoration"

That's the same sort of state the loaded 13-window deluxe that started this thead is in. The old guy insists he still has all the parts, but it's been standing like that for years (I first saw it seven years ago). _________________ fig

If you are going to post them you might as well "translate" too.

If you wanted "Enviable" M-codes only then maybe you should have left out the word "Loaded".
As far as enviable (which is debateable) go the only ones I would want/envy are OG Safari windows and a sunroof. One out of two ain't bad. |
???
I didn't ask for one or the other of loaded or enviable, I asked for BOTH. My apologies if I put too much info into the sentence for you.
And this is purely subjective, post whatever M-plates you like ... or not.
This is just a bit of fun for the real trainspotters amongst us. _________________ fig

I'll bet the M-Code Page has seen more use in the last 24 hours than the last 24 days combined! |
