It's pelican red, it's an early 57,early interior etc.

Brilliant red came along with the redesigned interior etc in Sept. '57. Smile

^^^^Thats not the Denzel. That one is owned by the guy with the Wayfarers on in your pic. I bought a Bambus tray from him Cool

Mr Okrasa's looks more like this and was parked right behind the bathrooms at Dragday.

I never said that was Mr Okrasa's car. I said that is Jesse's car and yes that is Jesse standing in my photo. The Denzel lowlight was next to the Fast Fab booth. Wait, is Mr Okrasa's name Jesse too?

Nope, my bad. Embarassed I saw your post on Joes bumpers in his Denzel thread and my mind moved faster than i could read. Embarassed
I just met Jesse just a few weeks ago and again at Drag Day.
Jesse obviously has a pretty nice lowlight, plus he was driving a 23 Deluxe at Cable Airport.
We might have walked right past each other at Drag Day. Surprised

This is a SO23 color scheme known as SK692A.
- Bottom is VW palm green
- Top is VW Seagul grey.
