I specify Union 76 because normally they are not the "cheaper" choice out there! _________________ Some people are so busy being clever they don't have time enough to be wise.

My favorite 76 station in La Palma. $1.959/gallon for 87 octane which is 4 cents cheaper than the crap Arco stuff across the street. Filled the 356 for 13 bucks. |

$1.39 is pretty common in the PHX valley right now. I'm going to enjoy it while it lasts... _________________ Contact me at [email protected]

San Diego, $2.19 for the cheap stuff. The news is saying prices will jump as soon as stations run out of the winter blend. I'll bet next week it jumps up at least 20 cents. _________________ Prosit!

My station that was $1.959/gallon for regular is now $2.299. The BS California "changeover" is already in place. Automatic non justified 30 cent a gallon increases are here. |

The effect was exaggerated this year, because they had excess inventory of winter blend to get rid of and had a "clearance sale". We've probably seen the bottom, but hopefully it will stay below $3 for good while. _________________ The consequences of your decisions should not be confused with fate. |
