Speedway three miles away dropped premium to $1.88. The corner still wants $2.34.

I figured we had hit bottom, but it's still dropping. You can find regular for $1.24 at a sketchy place, and several places under $1.30.

My heart bleeds for you. Wink The cheapest price for decent gas around here (76 in this case) is $2.299 for regular in La Palma.

Still dropping. $1.27 at Costco, $1.16 in the 'hood.
This has got to be near the bottom; we're about to go into refinery maintenance time, then changeover to summer blends and the summer driving season.

Down to $2.139/gallon at the same station yesterday. I'll see what it is tomorrow when I swing by again.

$1.91 here, $1.61 40 miles south, and $1.70-ish in Spokane WA. Cheaper gas in Washington(highest gas tax in the nation) than in my little town on a major highway. Nothing like getting that special "tourist tax". Small towns both North and South of here are ten to fifteen cents cheaper, so the old adage of "shipping costs" remains complete bullshit, as always.

$2.099/gallon today. The cheapest I've seen for "good" gas out here in years.

Drove from Ca. to Nevada today, $.50 cheaper in Nevada. Got to love Ca. special blend gas and their extra taxes.

Does "U-76" mean Unleaded, 76 octane?
Here (Chicagoland) we can only get 87, 89 & 92 octane. Really, not much diff between "regular" unleaded, and "Premium" unleaded. (Except about a $1/gal)

So, I haven’t heard about it, but are prices rising elsewhere?
$1.79 for 87 this morning.

U 76 is probably Union 76.

They left New England years ago.
