I was out at the local cruse in . and my buddy calls me he wanted to bring me his 1964 ghia so I can work on it for him . (ya I know wrong place) he brought the car to my house dropped it off . so I get home and try to move it and it wont start . I open the deck lid and look what I found ! just a reminder he is lucky to have this car

Thanks for taking the pictures ;
I have told several owners at shows that fuel filters hanging on the fuel lines will weaken that press fit on the carb .
Most think I'm just a crazy old guy .

I don't think fuel filters in the engine compartment is bad and there isn't one on this car I put mine before the pump |

Agreed, yanking the fuel line off instead of pushing it off with slot tip screwdriver or just cutting it, causes most of the loose fittings. _________________ In Stereo, Where Available! |
