Both right. It's officially called 'fiat 133 made by seat'. Export version of the seat 133 to be sold by fiat. It's basically a 850 styled to look similar to a 126.

Yup. Right now i'm looking at a late model seat marbella parked along the street. Fiat panda body and engine, vw carb and gearbox... the fiat-vw transition models are quite interesting.

1947 Tama EV. Government encouragement of electric vehicles certainly isn’t new. After the war, when fuel was scarce in Japan there was a campaign to encourage EVs and this Tama was built, offering a whopping 4.5 hp and 60 miles of range.
