Finding the Originals is Unobtainable, very "Hard to Find" ...
This is what I used as an option for mounting FV Superior VolksMag Wheels : aka Turtlebacks.
*NOTE : Shoulder of Mag Lugs MUST be snug fit to holes, if NOT, Centering of Wheels to Rotors & Drums may not be achieved, they Will be off center.
Mag Wheel Lug Holes may need to be drilled for this application.
Stud Kit, Mag Wheel Lug Nuts, Mag Flat Washers.
Loctite (Heavy Grade, Red) Stud into Mag Lug Nut (Let set-up overnight) install Washer, Mount Wheel, Tighten.

This is what I used for the Volksmag Wheels application.

What the original (be exact):
1) stud size... dia/thread pitch
2) rim's lug hole dia (should keep lug shaft dia to within 1/32" rim's hole dia.)
3) original washer outer dia. (or recess in the rim dia.)
4) original lug shank dia.

Once these get nailed down... you'll have a standing chance.

this is what you use but what's the deal, you use this and say maybe drill the wheel to fit, till you find the correct lug but then the wheel is not stock so the correct lug won't fit, what is the part # anyway cause I don't think I'll ever find OG lugs,

Typ3nut is our Resident Expert on aftermarket VW wheels, so If you don't want to follow his advice you are on your own? 12mm X 1.50 thread is the 4 lug drum/disc thread. You can measure your own wheels. Rolling Eyes

Sorry to dig this up, but I am just recently obtained turtlebacks. Is the stud 14mmx1.50 to 1/2? Or, would this work? https://www.jbugs.com/product/9511.html

I realize I am late to the party, but I just got turtlebacks for my fastback.
Does anyone know if these will work as wheelbolts?

https://www2.cip1.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=C13%2D70%2D2703

Annie referred to having to use Empi wheel locks with hers - I am not sure if these are the one she was referring to.
