The packie on my way home from work recently started buying "distressed" pallets of canned beer from their distributor at a steep discount. These are cases where a forklift fork went through and damaged a few cans, dropped cases where a can explodes and covers the other cans, partial 6 packs etc etc. The store cleans them up and stacks everything out front and sells cases for $18 and 6-packs for $5.
The beer is good too, and lately I have been rocking Anchor California Lager and Anchor Meyer's Lemon Lager from the San Fran Brewery. We typically get the Steam beer and Porter here in MA but I have never had these two and they are really good, especially in summer! And being cheaper than PBR makes it hard to pass up whenever I am there! _________________ 1971 STD BEETLE- DD-1st car, 1st love. keepin' it stock! 1600DP, Solex 34-3 Mexi Bosch SVDA Dist NOW w/POINTS

I love this Guinness Nitro IPA, its smooth and yummy. The nitrous shot goes off when you pop the top then it cascades when you pour it. Ima halve won wright nough!

Been a favorite since my first sip in 1989. I have had better beers, I have had worse beers, and this one isn't really a remarkable standout. But it is one of my best.

Epic brewing "Glutenator", it was really good and "brewed for our patrons that do not want to be poisoned by desiccated wheat" according to the brew master at the Cider Circus at Copper Mtn. Co. Huge taste and body. _________________ Fat chick owner/operator |
