We are very excited to announce that this years Intermeccanica Treffen will take place Thursday Aug 18th, Starting on Vancouver Island and will finish at the Saturday night 25th Birthday Bash at Open Road.
The Treffen will start from Westin Bear Mountain hotel just outside of Victoria, and follow the scenic roads of the Island. Each year large numbers of Intermeccanica built vehicles get together for this fun and exciting event.
We will have a section dedicated to the cars of Intermeccanica on Saturday and Sunday's events. Be sure to stop by and check out the incredible craftsmanship of these amazing cars

The Great Canadian Volkswagen Show will welcome approximately 5000 car enthusiasts and their families to the Concord Pacific Expo Site. Air cooled and Water cooled, New and Old, VWs will be on display and ready for judging throughout the park. Families can enjoy taking part in a variety of activities and vendors will be showcasing what’s new and hot on the market.

Western Canada's largest VW event attracts some of the finest Stock and Custom VWs from around the Pacific Northwest, including many past and present Hot VWs Magazine feature cars (18+ cars shot at past GCVW shows). Over 100 awards in 48 Classes. All types of VWs in any condition welcome. Pre-registration is now Open. Dealer Displays, Swap Area, 50/50 Draw, Trivia Contests and more...an entire day of VW fun for the whole family!

The fee for Displaying your VW is $25 CAD. Registration on Sunday morning takes place from 8am to 11am, space cannot be reserved or guaranteed day-of-show. Non Judged is $20.
Please note: For the safety of all spectators, once vehicles are parked in the show car area they must remain until after the awards ceremony which runs from approx 3:30-4:30pm.

Swap Meet Area spaces are available for every type of VW parts vendor. We offer small private (15' x 15') swap spaces for $40. Swap setup opens at 7am and closes when space is filled (on a first come, first-served basis) and is usually full by 10am. For Dealer Display and New Product Vendor areas, please contact the show administrator to pre-register (no day-of-show registration for show booths).

I drove across from VI this morning for the show (1st time visitor). Nice cars but im sorry Great it wasn't.

I don't know what jetboy expects for a VW weekend, but this was great!
A pack of us drove the thousand or more kilometres from Alberta and Saskatchewan for the weekend.
Drags, breakfasts, cruises, breakdowns, fixes, sun, the Hip, beach volleyball, Canadian beer, etc
great people, great events, great vibe.
Sure, the adventure of driving ancient technology across the rocks was an adventure in itself, but the whole experience was epic.
I guess it is what you make it!
