The washers fit under the bolt head between the bolt head and the bushing.

Me gusta!
Looks good friend! I like how the front body looks.
Those headlight buckets are tipped up and will require work to correct the aim of the lights.
But I see that you have other lights in the buckets already aimed correctly. I like it! _________________ Richard

Thank you Richard, front body still in process.....finally I can with the correct rear wheels camber/toe .......I just need to turn or rotate the ring of the front classic style wheels (cut stock welded) to improve the offset....Rear wheels wider with so much difference (3x3), with this new offset modification the difference will be less.
Modify the suspension was most important to me, the rest of the work is already an old friend!

Gracias!
When you change the offset of the front wheels, it makes steering more difficult and increases the risk of damaging the front suspension as it increases the leverage of an impact. _________________ Richard

Yes your trailing arms looks great. Baja looking good too.
I would recommend adding some kind of material (round tubing my prefer) from the inner pivot point to the far end if the trailing arm to keep it from bending. _________________ Joseph

After seeing many trailing arms bent from stock bugs to race cars, I going say it again, the arms need more strengthening to hold up to being extended. Even stock arms need reinforcement when used off road. Since I started playing with buggies in the 1970 I seen all kinds of things happen to trailing arms that were not reinforce. I even seen on one race car where the piece that is welded to the trailing arm where the spring plate attaches completely rip off the arm.
This is what I did when I lengthen a set of arms 2in
For stock trailing arms this how I reinforce them. Hi Jumper/Prowlers use to sell kits to do this. Mine are a copy of them.

I agree very strongly with Joe. Pablo's arms may look nice, but the gusset ending at the spring plate bracket concentrates bending force right there. Even street use is likely to bend those arms.
The tubular reinforcement as Joe shows is just what I had in mind. The arms may still be reinforced just like Joe's.
_________________ Richard

Another to agree with the need for additional braces
Mine broke right past where his reinforcement is
