Hi guys,
I'm currently waiting for the Kennedy adapter plate and clutch. I didn't realize that it was a two week waiting period once you order it. Once the engine is mounted figuring out the wiring will be fun. lol
Also need to buy a welder so that I can fab up some engine mounts to take some weight off the trans.

Can anyone tell me what sand rail frame this is?
Also will my swing axle trans last long with stock components?

Thought I would show the progress I've made. It's not much but been busy. Painted, welded some stuff, different trans installed, I have the engine and adapter kit just need to install.

It's been a while but here's the frame with the engine inside. Currently working on radiator location. Going to put the fuel tank on the rear cross bar. Not much room for a radiator.

Does anyone know what frame this is?

I always liked the look of a GM Quad 4 motor, I like how the intake looks like a header.

I welded in the floor tube that I cut out when I put in the engine.
I need to decide the radiator locaiton. Up top looks the best and has the best air flow but if I roll it hot coolant all over me is not going to be nice. So i'm leaning towards the side inside the frame. Any thought?

Me, I like it better tucked in low. Better protected, looks like less of a after thought, lower cg. And I thought a oil cooler blocked my view out the back. Thought about a fuel tank yet?

I agree with you. I also like it lower. The fuel tank will go on the rear cross bar between the shocks assuming I put the radiator inside and low. Which I'm sure I will. Thanks
