Why does it need a caliper?

7mm Allen to remove caliper slide pins, 11mm wrench for bleeder valve (DO NOT compress caliper piston without opening bleeder valve even to get caliper to clear lip on rotor. You WILL damage master cylinder if you don't.) Flat blade screw driver to remove tension/anti rattle spring. Jack, jackstands & 17mm lug wrench.

11mm for the hard line to the caliper, 10mm for the line bracket to caliper.
