Not sure this is the place to post this but its good as any. I have a 28 Pict 1 that has a clogged accelerator jet. I know which drilling it is in. If I drill out the plug to clean it - what do I use as a plug?

Don't drill out that plug. Remove the brass pin just above it and get the check ball out of there. Then clean from both ends.

Just grab it with vice grips, wiggle and pull. Or, pry the vice grips off with 2 screwdrivers.
