Howdy All
I have a problem , I have bent rear torsion bar tube is bent up on both sides about 6mm.
How can I repair it , can I chain the outsides up an jack up the middle with a bit of heat.
If not what else can I do.

hmm, how about biger tires on the front? Rolling Eyes
you might break somethen trying to bend them down, how have you determaned there both bent up?

Thats what they'd do on a frame machine. I'm with Mark, how do you know their bent.

The guy working on it put a straight edge on it after thinking it looked wierd
it's on a buggy

You can straighten it with jacking and chains ... you don't need heat. This one was bent forward about 3 inches and I managed to pull it back without much effort.

Big jumps can bend those like that. Need to tie the shock towers into the roll bar/cage if you plan on Bo n' Luke'n that thing very much.
