This started with my 15 yo wanting a bug. I found this 66 nearby at a great price. We went to test drive it and he was hooked. Made the deal and they delivered it! We discovered a ripped boot when we were inspecting it, so we wad to replace a trans boot before we could drive her. He named her Patty because he got her on St. Patrick's Day.
Then my oldest son wanted one.... of course. So we ran into this guy and started to cruise with him and some other locals. He had this '67 that I thought was pretty cool and we had a scooter that he loved, so we made a trade.
Now my middle boy is prepared to start his mods........
First was the spindles..
So now I sit with 2 bugs, 3 sons(short one bug(obviously)) and a project of my own that I must find time to finish.
Does it ever end? |

not a bad problem, all in all, as long as the boys are at lease helping to pay!
should take a few pics of them all lined up together.
