If the part was described as used but in NOS condition but it was not MINT:
Yes, I think some refund should be made or you should be paying the return shipping for that one part because it was not described correctly.
Or you should agree on another arrangement - send another part or a discount on another purchase or something else

I can't tell the condition from the ad - they both look nice to me.
I can't tell if what he said is true - that it needs to be re-chromed.

Well, I really dont understand Goffredo. He posted a used lamp with a brief description so I asked everythinh and if there was any damage on it, he replied NO. I received a useless piece of crap and he says his ad said "needs restoration", which it didnt. Total waste of time and money.

Received my 356 oil pump gears today and they were much nicer than I expected. Like new. They were well packed and shipped very quickly. The shipping charges were within one euro of what I was charged. This part was advertised wrong and should be able to be returned.
This was clearly a mistake though since the wrong part was in the Barndoor wheel cylinder box.

Still haven't figured out, you need to open a PAYPAL dispute, then Paypal authorizes you to return shipping, I will check that you made: CYLINDER ok and BOX ok!!. After I authorize PAYPAL to refund. Just so you close the dispute, I repeat you don't understand how it works.
