I was pumping gas in Bellflower, CA about fifteen years ago and he rolled up to the pump next to me in a hot rod Lincoln...could barely see over the dash. A true icon of the custom car scene...RIP!

Alan Young, a veteran actor who is best known as Wilbur Post on TV’s “Mr. Ed.” has died. He was 96.

I always liked his supporting role in the 1960 movie "The Time Machine"
Mr Ed was always an after school syndicated favorite on afternoons for those of us who weren't watching the years it was on prime time. |

Howland played waitress Vera Louise Gorman on the "Alice" sitcom. Her husband, actor Charles Kimbrough, said Howland died on Dec. 31, 2015, but an announcement was delayed per her request.
