Some progress:

One side has been completely finished inside and out

Stipped all paint - crimped and stretched to get that side as flat as possible

Sanded the inside wall and floor area

Made a start on the other side - also had some rust in the window surround

Some photos - more in the gallery "Westfalia hearse"

Some bad phtos of the latest work

The body is completely welded up and rust treated - will soon be dropped of at the blasters to have the underside blasten and zinc metallised

The inner edge of the wgere the roof meets the body is blasted with a small blasting gun to get rid of the corrosion

The door is being prepped to accept that safari rear window

Some progress

The interior is partly etch primered

The rear window cut-out is crafted in place

Took a lot of measuring but it's dead on with the chrome trim belt line holes

Body almost finished to have the underside blasted and zinc-metallised
