as jcannon said, i also think the restoration of a split vert is something to document for the others needing help with details, too bad the pics are small and not in very good quality.
check the link below, of Andy Parrot's metal bodywork. it would be awesome to see that with a vert, a heb or an equally rare car, not just for a split owner, but for everyone wanting to check all the hard to see details.
