Otis Inc seems to be blowing out their inventory of German made RAD lug bolts so I picked up a set of these: https://www.ebay.com/itm/260926463982
Just arrived and they look great, especially considering the price. They are the correct R14 ball seat for OE VW wheels, Porsche wheels, and the Mobelwagen 730P Schnell that I just purchased.
I originally bought a set of ball seat 28mm shank lug bolts off Amazon for these wheels, and something didn't seem right with the way the lug bolt interfaced with the machined seat in the wheel. Come to find out, most of the ball seat lug nuts on Amazon use a R12 ball seat which is incorrect for the wheel. After I confirmed with Mobelwagen that the wheel seats are machined with a 14mm seat radius, I went on a hunt for R14 lug bolts and came across these. No, they're not shiny chrome, but they're high quality German lug bolts and the silver Dacromet coating actually looks pretty clean. |
