Well as long as it isnt slammed :D

true. but not everyone has the add'l 5K+ for a reversed rotation Subaru box. slammed cars have bigger problems than a Subaru conversion would introduce....those clients are far and few between

Oh yeah....I fully agree with no cell phones allowed during work. In fact....in many segments of my industry some of the company's I go into...its not even OSHA compliant to be on the phones while working.
And.....many companies I deal with are medical device and electronics manufacturers.....many have clean rooms.....no phones cause you cant clean them and/or no phones because code of federal regulations does not allow that level of attention to detail risk while manufacturing life critical devices.

Besides all of that......you are here to work. Do what you are paid to do, keep chit chat to a minimum and emergencies only phone calls. Ray

Well, it's been a while (half a year or so)! So last this thread was attracting, I simply threw out the idea of meeting people local to me. I actually managed to chat with a few (about 5) guys who have done subie swaps to bugs and busses. Unfortunately, they're not actually close neighbors nor have any of our schedules allowed us to meet.

Skills, as mentioned I've been reading and good thing I just went in for a vision exam because there's still shit to learn. Hell, i've added the extra work of planning a custom digital cluster to the build. Cluster bought... just gonna sit there until it's time to give it a go.

Other than reading and notebook making, I'm about 1/4 of the way saved up for one of those Subarugears transmissions... because why the hell not. I'm just bumping this thread a bit to see if someone local comes through and wants to communicate.
