Pry out the old glass from the top using a flat head screwdriver. Note this works only with Sekurit glass. Sigla glass will crack. I pry just a little to loosen things up and get the glass to come out a just a little, then pull the glass out with my hand.

If you have Sigla glass, I have had success using a pair of vice grips to pull the glass straight out. Don't overtighten the vice grips and use some thick rubber or something else to protect the glass.

Hammer these a little flatter if you can. Originally there was some putty over the rivets. Install new putty if you have it. I left it as-is in this case and just re-used the original seal.

Glass re-installed. Note position of glass versus the edge of the frame. This is with the glass fully seated. Sometimes it's hard to get the glass back in so I use some glass cleaner or silicon spray to lube up the glass, seal, and frame channel. If necessary, remove the old seal and place it around the glass and reinstall the glass and seal together into the frame. A light tap with a rubber mallet can also help.
